Def Leppard Hammersmith Odeon London, England, UK September 16th 1979 The band's first show

at

the Hammersmith Odeon.

They opened for

Sammy Hagar.

They would return in

November

as the opening act for

AC/DC.

This recording doesn't

sound that great,

but it is notable

for its setlist.

The band played the entire

'Def Leppard E.P.'

alongside

extra rare goodies like

'Heat Street'

and

'Good Morning Freedom.'

In addition,

nearly the entire

'On Through the Night'

album was played

live at this show,

a few months

in advance

of its release.
